Cheese - Twice Baked Potato Poppers
Little baked potatoes are scooped out, filled with a flavorful mixture of green salsa and butter, and topped with white Cheddar cheese before being broiled to a golden brown. It's a different appetizer that's great for Cinco de Mayo.

Breakfast And Brunch - Super Easy Jelly Doughnuts
Mini jam sandwiches coated in batter and deep fried until puffy and golden brown. You may use any jam you like, or try substituting butter and cinnamon sugar for variety. Either way, the ingredients are almost always on hand, and they reheat in the oven well, too. Couldn't be easier, and the kids will love them!
